We will ensure that your apartment is fully functional and freshly cleaned!

Yes, we have onsite maintenance.  Maintenance is on call 24 hours for emergencies.

You may place a service request online through the resident portal, RENTCafe Resident app, or contact the office.

Maintenance issues are resolved in the order they are received, emergencies take priority. We make every effort to have issues resolved within 24-48 hours.

No, you are not required to be present while service is being completed. If you are not present, we do request that your pet is secured on the day of service.

During office hours, stop by the office to check out a key with your photo ID. If it is after business hours, you will need to contact a locksmith.

You can decorate your apartment as you wish, however, to avoid penalty you will have to restore it back to its original form before moving out.

A beautiful pool, 24-hour fitness center, business center with a computer and a printer, package lockers, and picnic areas with outdoor grilling stations.

Yes, open parking along with reserved garages.

The washer and dryer connections are located in every unit.

Yes, we are a pet friendly community

There is a $300 Non-refundable deposit, $87.50 Deposit IQ and a $20 monthly pet rent

No, the package will not be held at our but will be placed in the package locker by the office.

You do not have to pay any fees to use our ammenities and quite hours commence when it gets dark. 

The office is open Monday through Friday from 10am to 6pm and open Saturday from 10am to 5pm

The application fee is $55 per applicant and administration fee is $125 per application which are both required when submitting an application.  Upon approval the potential resident will be disclosed their Deposit IQ amount ranging from $393-$875 (which is paid online within 3 days of approval). Resident is also responsible for prorated rent due upon move in.

We have Resident Referral Incentives for any current resident who reffers a new tenant.

Guests are able to stay up to 7 days, after those 7 days the guest is considered an unauthorized occupant. 

Current market rent is listed per lease term amount on our website. We can accept a full year of rent payment upon approval. 

No, we do not allow subletting. 

You will be liable for the termination fee listed on your lease contract.

We are nearby a Neighborhood Walmart and a gas station.

You would take the exit for Parkerville if driving on I35, and take a left onto Parkerville, after 4 to 5 miles take a right onto S. Polk St and Huntington Ridge will be located on the left hand side between Bellwether Ridge and DeSoto Ranch.
